With a track record of successfully delivering challenging schemes, Ecotech was appointed as engineering, construction and project manager of 16 luxury apartments in Entebbe, Uganda, with overall responsibility for the client-appointed subcontractors and a multi-national workforce. The client aims to deliver a prestigious residential development to an international standard.
This major development project will feature two five-story residential buildings comprising a total of 16 luxury apartments, with high-tech elevators, swimming pool, state-of-the-art gym, storages and car parking facilities. The scheme is situated in heart of Entebbe with spectacular views of the Lake Victoria in Uganda.
