Ecotech used their in-house engineering design and project management expertise and experience to provide design and construction services of attractive, welcoming, and cost effective conference facilities for Al-Bushra Properties. The project comprises the provision of a new modern conference center and a spacious prayer hall for men and women, ablution amenities and additional facilities include a production kitchen capable of over 250 meals per day for conference delegates. The two multi-purpose halls will allow Medina Mall to cater for a business conferences size between 250 – 300 delegates.
The proposed conference facilities will ensure that the Medina Mall retains its position as a premier destination for business conferences and events. The initiative is that the new development will become a meeting-place – a forum for business executives and conferences as well as a civic hub with a busy program of presentations. Ecotech value engineered the Design & Build project to achieve the client’s high expectations of finish, appearance and function.
