Project description
The construction of the Green EcoHome residential project success is the culmination of much research and development over the last couple of years to develop a solution, which not just meets, but exceeds criteria for housing developments in the east Africa region and delivers a truly sustainable residential solution.
Ecotech in-house design teams keep ahead of legislation and technological advances and work closely with customers and consultants to achieve efficiency gains and sustainable solutions, including compliance with the Code for Sustainable Homes. Sustainability has been a key driver throughout the design and construction of the Green EcoHome residential project.
The project is used in EPS panel construction and this technology has been approved and supported by the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Energy Star program due to the massive energy and cost savings offered. As an engineering consultant, Ecotech share the responsibility of our customers in meeting these challenges, which is why we embrace, trial and actively seek innovative and cost effective building solutions.
