The Client’s intent has been to build a unique hostel apartment complex. This requires a detailed approach to the project, application of state-of-the-art techniques and development of a new project management concept to ensure timely project delivery.
The services provided by Ecotech include all engineering design, construction and project management services, in addition to the survey and assessment of the existing structures. Ecotech also provided all other services required for the development and detailed design of renovations and amendments of the existing structure. The project team achieved the client’s requirements within program and budget.
