Ecotech Ltd has been selected (Phase II) – Consulting Services for Detailed Engineering Design for the Extension of Hargeisa Water Supply System to Southern and Northern Districts – Package A, B, C and D. The extension of Hargeisa Water Supply System project funded by the Department for International Development (DFID), the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA), the Embassy of Norway and the Kingdom of the Netherlands and implemented by the Somaliland Development Fund (SDF) and Hargeisa Water Agency (HWA).
This project involves detailed engineering design for the extension of Hargeisa water supply system to southern districts of Ahmed Dhagah and Mohamoud Haybe districts (Package A & B) and northern districts of Ga’anLibah and Ibrahim Koodbur (Package C & D). This also includes detailed engineering design of 4No. of water reservoirs, 40km transmission mains, distribution pipeline, pumping station, bulk flow meters and other associated works over a 20 years design horizon.
