Following our successful delivery of several high profile projects, Ecotech was once again called upon to help the Great Rift Valley Lodge & Golf Resort in Naivasha, Kenya. Ecotech was appointed by the Great Rift Valley Lodge & Golf Resort to provide engineering, project and construction management services on this high-quality new staff accommodation development and as such play an integral part in the client’s management organisation in delivering this development.
The resort management is developed to provide good quality and affordable housing units with all necessary amenities and convenient services to enable a comfortable living environment for their staff and families. The first phase of the project comprises construction of a new 60 room block and separate toilet and shower block which can accommodate up to 120 plus workers and it is the first of several staff accommodations planned to meet demand.
Ecotech to provide consultancy, engineering, construction, cost & project management services for an affordable, modern, sustainable, self-contained accommodation for the lodge & golf resort employees and other key workers. The project was completed successfully to excellent quality, within time and on budge.
