Zenj Real Estate has appointed Ecotech in the role of consultancy, engineering design and construction management on this high profile project. This involves overall management of the project and managing all commercial aspects, with a focus on procurement and cost control services. The project consists of six-story super luxury residential apartments consisting of modern, low maintenance, user-friendly facilities.
The Ocean Heights development comprises of five-bedroom high specification apartments and penthouse with high-tech elevator facilities. This residential tower project will be built in one of the most sought after locations in the Mombasa Ecotech’s challenging aspects of the concept design was accommodating the client’s strict requirement of unit layouts within a changing envelope; the design evolved to maximize views toward the Indian Ocean and standardizes the units to accommodate the client request.
