The Rugsan Mall shopping complex development is another multi-purpose, mega-mall project designs and builds by Ecotech for long-term client Rugsan Mall Group. The Rugsan Mall development has been constructed on the second biggest market in Mogadishu, Suk Ba’ad market. The Mall is a mixed-use development combining unique leisure, lifestyle and entertainment destinations into a unified shopping experience.
Work commenced on site in March 2013 and the project is an 8,000 square meter of fairly large commercial/retail/ office development. The mall is uniquely designed to provide the pleasure of modern-day living and an active, urban lifestyle. Rugsan Mallhas a total of 400 rentable areas for offices or shops, one 800 square meter for standard commercial bank, two areas for mini-banks, a mini-market area and a restaurant space.
It has also includes other amenities such as an elevator lift, adequate comfort rooms, accessible stairs, sufficient entrance and exit doors. With Ecotech’s wide experience in delivering large retail developments across the east Africa region.
