Project description
Ecotech has been nominated as lead consultant and construction manager for client Ranway Petroleum to design and build new service station project in Mombasa. This included design management of the new filling station, construction supervision and coordinating contractors and suppliers to ensure that the project is delivered on time and on budget.
The new development will comprises of a state of the art service station forecourt, motor vehicles service and repair center, retail shops, food court and offices. A mini-deport with multiple underground fuel storage tanks and associated fuel pumping equipment for bulk sale of petroleum products has been incorporated in the development. The new filling station will provide ample parking space for both HGV’s and small vehicles.
Ecotech successfully delivered the project that meet the needs of the client and enhanced the environment. Our experience and technical expertise ensured that our concepts are realisable through planning, engineering and construction and that they meet scheduling and budget requirements
