The Shaiye Plaza is one of the largest developments in Garissa, building providing commercial office, hotel and residential space in the business district of Garissa and on a reputation for community enrichment and a long-standing relationship with developer; The building is designed to meet the most stringent of regulations laid out by this directive in terms of energy and thermal efficiency.
Ecotech was commissioned to design Shaiye Plaza mixed-use projects and the development fits into the climate, culture and context of its location, before architectural concept design began, the Ecotech team master planned the project to optimise accessibility as well as ensure that the right mix of uses would meet current needs and grow with the community in the future, like several of the other locations.
