Ecotech won the design competition for an affordable, high quality and environmentally friendly luxury villa development in Nairobi.
Ecotech’s winning proposal uses the latest in modern technology to take the traditional luxury villa house into the next century. The designers developed an extremely flexible model, easily expanded to create larger living or bedroom spaces, traditional or modern living patterns and individual stylistic preferences.
Key elements of our winning entry will be incorporated into the final design and this is one of the first luxury villas to be built in Rongai neighborhood.
